Description

Is it possible to specify all instances for a -MonitorPerfCounter counter? For example, I tried each of the following separately but none worked:

"-MonitorPerfCounter:Process:% Processor Time:@10"
"-MonitorPerfCounter:Process:% Processor Time:*@10"
"-MonitorPerfCounter:Process:% Processor Time:<All instances>@10"

Research direction

Start at the -MonitorPerfCounter entry point and trace how the instance argument is parsed. Reproduce the three command forms in the issue and compare their behavior with Windows performance-counter instance enumeration. Done means a supported form monitors all Process instances and its usage is verified by a test or documented example.
