Description
Currently when selecting a time range in the "When" column and pressing "ALT + V" it will display:
Could not parse cells as time range
It would be helpful if this opened the events with the selected range.

Research direction
Start in the Stack viewer's handling of ALT+V and the "When" column time-range selection, then reproduce the current "Could not parse cells as time range" result. Done means pressing ALT+V with a selected time range opens the events for that range.
