Description
In large scale cluster, if the vm numbers reach to 1000+, the work of labeling node will be a time wasted work.

Assume the task of label node should be done by k8s cluster. That means, admin should label the node with corresponding label when the node is brought up. For example with the paramers --node-labels, kubelet could be inited with target label.
