What would you like to be added:
An approach to collect the information of container in job debugging status.
Because in the logic of yarn or launcher, the job is still in running status. We won't modify
these parts. So we need another solution to report the debugging status to OpenPAI.
Why is this needed:
OpenPAI should know which container is in the job debugging status.
Without this feature, how does the current module work：
