Description
Add Guide doc for usermode StorVSC settings and resolver flow.
Part of #273.
Covers:
- How device resolution works in OpenHCL (resolver pattern)
- NvmeManager pattern as reference (1:1 correspondence table)
- StorvscManager design (simplified actor, single file vs multi-file)
- Resolution flow: StorvscDiskResolver -> StorvscManager -> StorvscDisk
- Settings integration: how VScsi devices reach StorvscManager
- Kernel path vs usermode path (early return pattern)
- OPENHCL_STORVSC_USERMODE toggle mechanism
- Component summary (storage crates + OpenHCL integration)
