Description

Add Guide doc for usermode StorVSC architecture and scope.

Part of #273.

Covers:

  • Why replace hv_storvsc with usermode Rust
  • System context diagram (host storvsp <-> VTL2 storvsc_driver)
  • Component map: storvsc_driver, disk_storvsc, StorvscManager
  • Trust boundaries and safe Rust guarantees
  • Kernel vs usermode comparison table
  • SCSI command lifecycle and settings integration flow
  • Scope boundaries (in/out), key design decisions
  • Validation approach (inner loop CI + outer loop boot tests)
  • Glossary (VTL, VMBus, UIO, GPA, DiskIo, mesh RPC)
