Add Guide doc for usermode StorVSC architecture and scope.
Part of #273.
Covers:
- Why replace hv_storvsc with usermode Rust
- System context diagram (host storvsp <-> VTL2 storvsc_driver)
- Component map: storvsc_driver, disk_storvsc, StorvscManager
- Trust boundaries and safe Rust guarantees
- Kernel vs usermode comparison table
- SCSI command lifecycle and settings integration flow
