Description
We shouldn't use /dev/mem to read data, and instead should use device tree and reconstruct what we need.
This is easy for the measured information, but harder for the SLIT/PPTT. However, we should be able to reconstruct this information from device tree.

Research direction
Locate the vtl2 parameter-reading path and identify where /dev/mem is used. Read the device-tree handling and the existing reconstruction logic, then determine how measured information and SLIT/PPTT can be supplied without /dev/mem. Done means vtl2 parameters come from device tree or reconstruction and no longer require /dev/mem.
