Description
For now, the fault injection controller is not doing bounce buffering which makes adding this fault hard.
In order to enable the drop fault we need to instantiate a new submission queue in the guest memory that is shared only between the fault injection controller and the inner controller. When a command is received it is transferred over to the secondary SQ and processed by the inner controller.
