Description
When we inject a machine check, we should probably emulate this MSR correctly if the guest queries it. It may need to be done per processor, or we may need to add more info about the kind of machine check we're injecting

Research direction
Locate the machine-check injection path and its handling of the IA32_MCG_STATUS MSR. Determine whether the state must be tracked per processor and how the injected machine-check kind is represented. Done means guest queries receive correct emulated values for the supported injection cases, with tests covering them.
