### Describe the documentation issue
Hello：
I notice that the latest version(v1.27.0) does not have the windows cpu libraries, and the previous version(v1.26.0) has. Is there any reason for this?
The previous version has the gpu and gpu-cuda libraries.and the latest version just has gpu-cuda,why?
