Description
### Describe the feature request
.Net7.0 is out for VS 2022 and non preview verisons of .Net6.0 are avaliable. Can C# source files and projects be updated for RTM verisons of the .Net platform ?
### Describe scenario use case
preview version of .Net6.0 causes build errors and many turnarounds are needed to get proper Nuget packages.

Research direction
Start by locating the repository's C# source files and project files involved in the build and checking which .NET and NuGet versions they currently target. Done means the projects build with the released .NET 6.0 and .NET 7.0 versions without the preview-related package workarounds described in the issue.
