Description

Hi! I was wondering if there is an easy way to get the train, test and validation splits you all used to train MolOR? More specifically the split used when you benchmarked your model in Table 1 of your preprint. I am a little confused at which data csv corresponds to the preprint table. Thanks!

Research direction

Review the repository's data CSVs alongside Table 1 of the MolOR preprint to determine which files correspond to the reported benchmark. Document the train, test, and validation split used there, including how each split maps to the available CSVs; done means a newcomer can identify and reproduce the benchmark data selection.
