Thank you for sharing this great work! I'm interested in using your agent specifically for nucleus segmentation tasks. If I don't need the full pipeline and only want to perform nucleus segmentation, how should I go about it?
Could you please provide some guidance on: Whether there’s a simplified way to run the agent for segmentation only?
