Description

I'm trying to develop another Visual Studio extension and using this one as a template.

I'm getting errors while Visual Studio fetches the dependencies when I open Nodejs/NodejsTools.sln. Messages similar to the below but for various different packages.
The feed 'msft [https://pkgs.dev.azure.com/azure-public/vside/_packaging/msft_consumption/nuget/v3/index.json]' lists package 'Microsoft.VisualStudio.Validation.15.3.58' but multiple attempts to download the nupkg have failed. The feed is either invalid or required packages were removed while the current operation was in progress. Verify the package exists on the feed and try again.

Research direction

Start by opening Nodejs/NodejsTools.sln in Visual Studio and examining the failed restore messages for the msft NuGet feed and listed packages. Done would mean determining whether the dependency restore can succeed or whether the repository's public-access expectations need to be documented.
