Description
I have upgrade the NodeJS 7 to 10. And now for testing purpose I'm trying to create a basic 'Hello World' web app with NodeJS v10.15.3 using Visual Studio 2015. See the below warning.
I am not able to run my previous app as well !!

Research direction
The report mentions Node.js v10.15.3, Visual Studio 2015, and a basic Hello World app, but names no repository files or tests. Start by reproducing the warning in that environment and compare it with the previous Node.js 7 setup; done means the sample and previous app run without the reported deprecation warning.
