Expected Behavior

REverting changes should be honored.

Actual Behavior

After reverting changes issues again reintroduced.

VS2017 + latest NTVS

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Have project with following lines
    <Folder Include="sass\" />
    <Folder Include="sass\includes\" />
    <Folder Include="tasks\" />
    <Folder Include="..\assets\sass\" />
    <Folder Include="..\assets\sass\includes\" />

  1. Lines was added automatically by VS ```

3. In the UI press `Undo changes`
4. Wait until solution reloads (painful)
5. Changes reappear again
