Description

Ubuntu 24.04 is the latest LTS release, and the current 20.04 runner version is EOL.

MsQuic needs 24.04 to test the latest io_uring features.

  • Add to Azure
  • Add to lab
  • Re-add Ubuntu epoll to lab matrix in quic.yml.
