What would be interesting is to add an option to enable different firewall configurations... enable/disable windows defender... etc.

Research direction
The issue concerns Secnetperf's existing networking performance benchmark options. Start by locating how its IO and TLS benchmark configurations are defined, then determine how firewall and Windows Defender states could be represented. Done means benchmarks can be run with the requested firewall and Defender configurations and their results can be compared.
