Description
I'm now not able to use multilspy 0.0.14 in z/OS because of this new dependency.
Any change to make this psutil dependency only applicable to supported OSes?
For now, I'll stay on version 0.0.13

Research direction
Compare the dependency changes between multilspy 0.0.13 and 0.0.14, focusing on when psutil is installed and used. Reproduce the installation or usage failure on z/OS, then verify that supported operating systems retain the needed functionality while z/OS can use multilspy without psutil.
