Description

Project
MSIX SDK

Describe the bug
The Project Website link on the Microsoft.Windows.SDK.BuildTools.MSIX doesn't take you to anythign specific about the MSIX package

To Reproduce

  1. Go to https://www.nuget.org/packages/Microsoft.Windows.SDK.BuildTools.MSIX
  2. Click on the `Project Website" link

Expected behavior
Get taken to (e.g. this git repo, or documentation for MSIX). It actually takes you to https://www.nuget.org/packages/Microsoft.Windows.SDK.Contracts and following the Project website link there ends up in an infinite loop.

Research direction

Start at the package metadata for Microsoft.Windows.SDK.BuildTools.MSIX and compare its Project Website value with the repository or MSIX documentation. Update the value so the NuGet Project Website link points to a relevant destination, then verify the package page no longer redirects through Microsoft.Windows.SDK.Contracts.
