Description
MSIX SDK
Starting early June, AOSP tests failed consistently. The script we use to see if the app starting is not working. Most likely something got updated in the ADO agents that breaks our script.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the AOSP test failure in the ADO agent environment and inspect the script used to detect whether the app starts. Compare the agent environment with the previously working setup and verify that the AOSP tests pass reliably after the script or environment issue is addressed.
