Description
How do I specify the number of instances in alltoall_a100_two_step.py? I want to use more computing units to participate in data transfer. Currently, there is only one instance in the code by default.

Research direction
Start by reading alltoall_a100_two_step.py to find where the single default instance is configured and how computing units participate in data transfer. Determine whether the script already exposes an instance-count setting; done means the number of instances can be specified and multiple instances participate as requested.
