Actual (Problematic) Behavior

Can't scroll vertically down the page when scrolling over an editor.

https://q5js.org/learn

I tried using all these related settings:

wordWrap: 'off',
scrollbar: {
	verticalScrollbarSize: 0,
	horizontalScrollbarSize: 0,
	alwaysConsumeMouseWheel: false,
	consumeMouseWheelIfScrollbarIsNeeded: false
},
Expected Behavior

Research direction

Start with the q5js.org/learn page linked in the report and reproduce the mobile scrolling behavior over the editor using the listed scrollbar settings. Determine how the page and editor handle vertical wheel events; done means the page can scroll vertically over the editor while editor scrolling remains correct.
