Actual (Problematic) Behavior
项目使用 react18 webpack: 5.80.0 , @monaco-editor/react: 4.6.0 ， monaco-editor：0.50.0，monaco-editor-webpack-plugin：7.1.0。项目可以正常启动运行，但是执行pnpm build 就一直pending状态。

如果取消plugins中的 MonacoWebpackPlugin配置，项目就可以正常打包
