Research direction

Start by inspecting nls.ts around line 121, where createScopedLocalize is reported to produce the undefined error. Reproduce the latest Monaco Editor instance in Firefox 125.0.2 and compare the behavior with the available browser environments. Done means the reported Firefox error no longer occurs.
