Description
The ThirdPartyNotices.txt file has last been updated on Nov 17, 2021. Have none of the dependencies changed since then?
If it's unrealistic that that file will always be kept up to date, is there a better way to get a list of the 3rd party dependencies of this project?
Thank you!

Research direction
Start by reviewing ThirdPartyNotices.txt and determine how its listed dependencies relate to the current project. Done would require either refreshing the file or defining a reliable way to keep the project's third-party dependency list current, but the issue does not specify which approach maintainers prefer.
