Description
Is Monarch published as a standalone package anywhere?
I see the website links to the this repo, which doesn't seem to actually contain it anymore. I can find it in vscode's repo, but it seems to import some other files from the repo which might be hard to untangle.
I think it would be worth-while to publish a standalone build of Monarch, perhaps with some additional documentation regarding the APIs also.

Research direction
Start by inspecting the Monarch implementation and its imports in the VS Code repository, then compare them with the website's current link. Define which files and APIs are needed for a standalone package and document the public APIs. Done means Monarch has a published standalone build with the requested documentation.
