Description
I've recently been using the editor on Chrome and I tried an extension that I often use most of the time (Google Input Tools) this tool helps me write in different languages easily. But this extension doesn't quite work on the Monaco editor. Anyone could use this feature to write code comments and documentation in their language easily. Please look into it and provide a solution if possible. If anyone knows of any workarounds please let us know that too.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue in Chrome with the Google Input Tools extension enabled in the Monaco Editor. No playground link, code sample, file, or test is provided; done would require a confirmed solution that lets the extension input text in Monaco, including comments and documentation.
