Description

Hello,

I'd like to work on some of the monaco issues, at least on the ESM Version, So that it is a real ESM Version wich could be used without any hacks. (At the moment the ESM only works with a bundler, I want one wich works in a browser without an external tool).
Are the instructions on how to build the NPM package?

Research direction

The payload names no files, tests, or entry points. Begin by locating the package-build instructions for the ESM/NPM output and document the browser workflow requested in the issue; done means a newcomer can follow the instructions without an external bundler.
