Description
In my project I use several editor instances, and I want to disable certain keybindings only on some of them. Thankfully, 0.34.1 added addKeybindingRules(s), but this function is defined as a global and affects all editors. I'd like to be able to remove keybindings only for selected editors.

Research direction
Start with the existing global addKeybindingRules(s) API referenced in the issue and trace how it reaches individual Monaco editor instances. Confirm the desired per-instance behavior and its interaction with the global API; done means selected editors can remove specified keybindings without changing other editor instances. No file, test, or playground is provided, so locate relevant coverage before implementation.
