Description
Currently in HTML files, adding/removing a line comment in its embedded script tag would take no effect, with either cmd+/ or from the command palette. Is this a built-in behavior? Can I somehow enable this feature?

Reproduce the issue in an HTML document containing an embedded script, using cmd+/ and the command palette. Trace the editor's line-comment command for embedded JavaScript and verify that adding and removing comments changes the selected script lines without affecting surrounding HTML.
