Description
Screen reader mode can be turned on by the end-user by opening the accessibility window (Alt+F1) and hitting Command+E.
But there seems to be no way to turn it off again using a shortcut.

Research direction
Start by tracing the accessibility window opened with Alt+F1 and the existing Command+E shortcut that enables screen reader mode. Confirm how shortcut handling represents the current mode, then verify that the corresponding shortcut can disable it and that the screen reader mode visibly returns to its normal state.
