Description
Currently there are 3 modes for scrollbar: auto, hidden, visible. However, none of the modes satisfies this scenario: there are more than 1 page of content in the editor, and I'd like to hide the scrollbar when there is no user activity, and show it when user starts to scroll.
I think an extra mode like visibleOnScroll for such a scenario could improve UX.

Research direction
The issue describes the existing scrollbar modes—auto, hidden, and visible—and proposes a visibleOnScroll mode for the editor. Start by locating the editor's scrollbar configuration and related behavior; done means the scrollbar stays hidden without activity and appears when the user scrolls.
