Description
As an engineer when I work in a multi-programming language workspace/repo I would like to see all sub-projects/folders in the overview list.
Also the naming "choose repositories" is misleading. The apps shown below (one java and one node) are two different apps in separate folders but technically they are one git repository) The third app (python) is not listed at all.
While node/javascript is not included in the current cli scope I would either expect only the Java app to show or all of them.
Tested with this demo repo: https://github.com/jkordick/agentcon-25-swe-agents

Research direction
No source files, tests, or entry points are named. Reproduce the assessment phase with the linked demo repository and inspect how its Java, Node/JavaScript, and Python folders are discovered and labeled. Done means the overview behavior matches the chosen scope and the “choose repositories” wording no longer misrepresents separate apps in one Git repository.
