Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in WinUI Gallery 2 on the ScrollViewer page, following the mouse-then-touch steps. Trace the ScrollViewer interaction and auto-hide behavior; the work is done when the scroll indicator hides after touch interaction as expected.
