Description

### Describe the bug

I discovered these font files in \dxaml\test\resources\res\native\external\foundation\graphics\rendering while investigating why the repository is so large. According to the repository license, they are open-sourced under the MIT license. I also did not find any other documentation in that folder explaining their licensing.

Research direction

Start by inspecting dxaml/test/resources/res/native/external/foundation/graphics/rendering and the repository license for msyh.ttc, YuGothM.ttc, YuGothR.ttc, consola.ttf, and arial.ttf. Confirm the provenance and licensing of each font with project maintainers or authoritative sources; done means the licensing status is documented or the files are addressed accordingly.
