When creating a new bug issue here on GitHub, the issue creator receives a notification by GitHub that the "getsimilarissues" bot fails due to `getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND gitgudissues.azurewebsites.net`.

### Why is this important?

The flow when creating GitHub issues should not cause error notifications.
