Description
While I am glad there are instructions in the README regarding how to get the token, I am aware we have far more detailed instructions in our internal wiki. This issue asks the assignee to improve the usefulness of the token instructions in the README, perhaps even making it so there is no need for any internal FAQ entry. If that is possible, we could point to this README where we used to have internal instructions.
The question is: can this be done in a way that does not expose information it is not appropriate to expose?

Research direction
Review the token instructions in README and compare them with the linked internal Team FAQ. Identify which details can be safely documented publicly without exposing inappropriate information. Done means the README provides useful, self-contained partner center token guidance or clearly explains what remains unavailable publicly.
