Description

Outlook address Autocomplete stopped working.

I have used 64Bit MFCM to import the Auto Complete list when I moved hosts * last Time*
When I tried to use it today - It "Believes" Outlook is Not 64bit

Tools/Outlook version reports:
Path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\OUTLOOK.EXE
Version: 16.0.17029.20068
Lang: 0
64 bit: False

So I downloaded the 32bit version...

This time when exporting the current ( not working ) AutoComplete list
It AbEnds / Exits when I click the Ok button at the end of the process.

Same thing happens with I attempt the Import process - Click OK to complete the Import - Exits.
( yes Outlook is closed :) )

Following the same steps as last time -
import-or-copy-the-autocomplete-list-to-another-computer ?

Any DEBUG I can enable to see what killing it ?

Thanks
Don

Research direction

Start with the Tools/Outlook version report and reproduce the 32-bit MFCMAPI import and export flow for IPM.Configuration.Autocomplete while Outlook is closed. Investigate why clicking OK exits the application; done means both operations complete without exiting and the autocomplete list is transferred successfully.
