## Describe the feature
Right now, when we run live tests, it runs the tests against all of the repo, which takes at least 1.5 hours. Ideally, we can run a subset of the live tests based on the files changed or the area.
We do have a pipeline that does live tests `azp run mcp - pullrequest - live`, but it does not seem to run the subset.
