Description

### Describe the bug

Hi team,

We were trying to integrate azure cli tool with our Azure Container Apps and we tried using managed identity and it is giving 401 and response indicates 200 from the tool perspective but internal api failed with 401. Please help me with any guidance around this.

### Expected behavior

To be able to deploy and run azure mcp cli tool with Azure Container apps.

### Actual behavior

Unauthorized with managed identity based access.

### Reproduction Steps

Deploy any api connecting with azure mcp cli tool authorizing with managed identity.

### Environment
