[BUG] Something randomly clones this repo into my projects

### Describe the bug

I am certain its not any of my agents - it happened just now and I hadn't really touched anything for a while. Nothing in any of the agents or their subagents indicate this

Very bizarre, has happened a lot this evening.

I use Codex GUI and the OpenCode CLI

### Expected behavior

Not randomly cloning into all my projects.

### Actual behavior

Randomly clones as per screenshot into my project

### Reproduction Steps

No idea.

OpenCode CLI
