Description
Hello !
I work with document containing very sofisticated headers and footers.
Theses headers and footers are most of the time containing tables and stuff that are hard to parse in markdown.
I'd like an option in order to ignore theses part of the document or to only parse it on the first page (header) and last page (footer).

Research direction
No file or test is named in the issue. Start by locating the DOCX conversion entry point and its current header and footer handling, then inspect how document sections and pages are represented. Done means an option can skip headers and footers, or limit them to the requested first- and last-page behavior, with coverage for the chosen behavior.
