Description
When converting a spreadsheet file, apparently the name of the sheet in the file will always get placed before the actual Markdown table as a Markdown header "## NAME"
There should be an option to suppress this which would be useful for conversion of files which only have one sheet and where I just want the Markdown table.

Research direction
No file or test is named. Start by locating the spreadsheet conversion entry point and its existing options, then reproduce conversion of a single-sheet file to confirm the current "## NAME" output. Done means an option suppresses that header while preserving the Markdown table.
