Description
Requesting that Releases also have self-contained executables for Windows and Linux.
I'd like to integrate markitdown into my program, and I'd like to avoid the user having to install Python.
Many thanks!

Research direction
No files, tests, or release entry points are named in the issue. Start by locating the repository's packaging configuration and release workflow, then determine how Windows and Linux executables could be produced and published.
