Description
I always get an exception (markitdown.UnsupportedFormatException) when trying to run markitdown's vision support (via LLMs) on a GIF file. Many screenshots are done with GIF files. Is there a reason not to support it?

Research direction
Start by reproducing the markitdown.UnsupportedFormatException when running vision support on a GIF file, then trace the format handling for markitdown's vision path. Done means GIF input is accepted by vision support without that exception and the resulting conversion is covered by an appropriate test.
