Refresh Kiota openapi explorer after re-generation in the workspace.json

I noticed that if I re-generate a client/plugin by clicking the re-generate CodeLens on the workspace json, if I have the same client/plugin displayed on the kiota openapi explorer, it doesn't reflect the changes displayed and I would need to manually re-load it to view the changes.

It would be great to refresh the kiota openapi explorer if it has the same client/plugin as the one I re-generated directly from the workspace.json so that it the changes reflect immediately
