Describe the bug
Ruby gem has a limitation of 100 characters in files names including the folder path due to limitations on the tar library. We need to add this to the ruby generator to limit the file name length.
Current file lengths are causing failure in packaging any gems that have longer than 100 characters in the filename. e.g example build
Expected behavior
We should hash out files with long names and shrten them
