Description

Hello!

I saw in the Graph API guide that certificate or federated credentials are preferred over shared secrets for production environment, but I could not find an example on how to use a client certificate with the Ruby SDK.

I searched a bit under the hood on how the authentication was working, but could not find any way to use a certificate.

I think it would probably require another type of auth context in this gem?

Is this something that should be added to known limitations of the Ruby SDK?

Thanks

Research direction

Start with the linked Graph API guide and the Ruby SDK's authentication implementation, then compare the available auth context options with the certificate flow. Review the known limitations issue for related decisions. Done means establishing whether certificate authentication is supported and, if so, documenting a clear implementation path or identifying the required scope.
