Description

The specifiers field is specified as DeclSpecifierSequence which does not exist; I'm assuming this is SyntaxSort::DeclSpecifierSeq.

There's also a targets field of ProclamatorSequence which does also does not exist, I don't see an immediate parallel.

Research direction

Start by inspecting the DirSort::SpecifiersSpread specification and the definitions or references for specifiers and targets. Verify whether DeclSpecifierSequence should refer to SyntaxSort::DeclSpecifierSeq, then determine the intended parallel for the ProclamatorSequence targets field. Done means both fields reference valid, consistent specification terms.
